Discover the Unified My X-Rite Portal: One Platform for All Customers

New My X-Rite w/ Link

At X-Rite, our mission has always been to make it simple, seamless, and efficient for you to manage your devices, software, and services. With the My X-Rite online portal, we’ve already taken major steps to give you one place to handle service requests, track orders, and access important product information.

Now, we’re excited to share the next big evolution: merging X-Rite Link and My X-Rite into a single, unified platform

Why This Change?

Until now, our customers have had two different experiences:

  • My X-Rite  was built with an individual user in mind. Your registered devices, your service requests, your stuff.
  • X-Rite Link was built with enterprise/multiple location, many device, customers who need company-level visibility and administration.

Now, we recognize that our customers may have a need to see their stuff and also be part of a “Company”  in Link as well. What we heard from you was you’d like to be able to see everything in the same location and have the same experience. That’s what we’ve done by introducing “Company Mode” to My X-Rite.

New My X-Rite w/ Link

What This Means for Current Link Customers

If you’re a Link customer today, this is a direct upgrade to your experience:

  • You’ll access your account through My X-Rite, with a single login. No need to go to 2 places.
  • The features you rely on in Link—like managing multiple users, locations, and devices—will now live inside My X-Rite under a new “Company Mode.”
  • You’ll see improvements, including but not limited:
    • Faster service & support requests with complete product details included upfront.
    • Centralized visibility of devices, licenses, and contracts in one view.
    • Simplified reorders and upgrades for frequently purchased or legacy products.
    • Proactive updates on order and service statuses, reducing the need for manual follow-up.

In short: you’ll keep the enterprise-level functionality of Link, but with the modern interface and expanded benefits of My X-Rite.
