How to measure Metamerism Index with the 968 and 964
The measurement of the metamerism index ( MI ) with the X-Rite Portable instruments can be set via:Configuration > Color Options... > Active Functions... > Metamerism (MI)
To select the two illuminants you want to compare mark and click enter:
Configuration > Color Options... > Metamerism: MI
After that you can display the MI in the QA, Analyze and Compare Modes of the instrument by selecting the "Lab" Sign and then toggeling with the enter-key until the MI is displayed!
