North America Service Contract Coverage:
- Unlimited repairs, including parts and labor due to normal usage.
- One inspection/certification service per contract period. Certification will normally be done at the time of a repair visit. If no repair is required during the contract period, then one inspection/certification service visit is covered.
- Free short term unit exchange. An equal-to or better-than model may be used.
- Priority unit exchange status.
- Unlimited free telephone support.
- One-way return shipment of your instrument via UPS Blue.
North America Extended Warranty Coverage:
- Extends the coverage of your new unit for two additional years. Available only at the time of a new purchase.
