My calibration is stuck on a black screen and will not respond

There is a known firmware issue with the HP LP2480zx that will sometimes cause this response. To correct this problem, you will need to power down the monitor from the black power switch on the back (the one on the front of the monitor will not respond).

Once you restart the monitor, open the OSD and go to Factory Reset to clear your settings. Relaunch the HP DreamColor APS software and begin your calibration again.
