Printer Not Installed Error

During a power outage,  a software update, or a few other instances, you can receive a "Printer Not Installed" error message when trying to print from ColorDesigner.

This is just stating that the printer is not selected in Housekeeping. 

To select the printer:

  1. Go to Housekeeping and unlock with your password
  2. Click on Setup
  3. Click on Printer
  4. From the drop down menu, select your printer type/model

To test printer:

  1. Click on System Test/Maintain System
  2. Click on Test Printer
  3. You should receive a test page
