Formulations are not being Saved or Displayed - XCM

Solution; Check, Change, or Edit Filter Settings.

If data is not being displayed or saved in the software properly check the Filter settings and the contents of the filter properties.

Example: The default Filter in Color Master is set for "ALL Samples"  which means "ALL" data entries will be displayed.
If the "ALL Samples" Filter properties were changed to include a date range, specific tags, or pass/fail conditions the current measurements will be stored in the database but will not be displayed on the software screen because it did not meet the Filter's properties.
