Resetting Spectro Connection in Color iQC / iMatch

Occasionally it may be necessary to reset the instrument connection to Color iQC / iMatch. To do this, please follow the steps listed below.

 

 

Please use your browser's "Back" button to continue further diagnostics on your instrument connection.

Note: Ensure that your cable is in good condition and properly connected to both the instrument and computer.
