Device not Found - Check Connections and Try Again

 The measurement device is plugged into your computer, but the software says "Device not found".

The device the software is referring to is the i1 device itself. The i1 products are licensed through the use of an internal dongle. Plug the i1 device into a fully powered USB port on your computer, then start the i1Match software.

When using the i1Diagnostic program, make sure to exit the i1Match software first or the diagnostics software will not find the i1 device.
