My Instrument is Not Connecting

In the event that your instrument will not connect to NetProfiler (the instrument serial number is not displayed in the second box at the bottom of the software main screen), Please click on the links below to follow these steps. Test connectivity after each step is completed and stop at the step that connects your instrument.

1) Reset your instrument

2) Verify your NetProfiler "Set Up" options

3) I am getting an error message "Unable to communicate with spectrophotometer"

4) Test my PC's Connection to the NetProfiler Server

5) I Need to Further Troubleshoot My Instrument or it's Connection to My PC
