Connectivity Precautions for Vericolor Products

Often times, Vericolor products can encounter connectivity issues that are caused by very simple things

Three such issues are:

1) Verify that no other software is running that may occupy the com port being used to connect to the Vericolor product.

2) Ensure that both a PLC or another PC are not trying to connect simultaneously. This will create a communications conflict.

3) Ensure that both an RS 232 and Ethernet connection are not being attempted simultaneously.
