  1. Tolerancing does not pass correctly nor does the project name.  While measuring samples, instrument indicates failure for all.  When data is uploaded into the PC, all data appears to be correct.  To enable operation it was necessary to MANUALLY copy all current driver files and DLLs from the X-Rite\Common folder (used by X-RiteColor Master) into the XDS200 folder (used by QA-Lite).

  2. MANUALLY updated the driver and DLL files as in footnote #1.  Also note that software does not automatically place instrument into a measurement mode.  This action must be performed manually as well else data is not transmitted.

  3. MANUALLY updated the driver and DLL files as in footnote #1.  Also note that software does not automatically place instrument into a measurement mode.  This action must be performed manually as well else data is not transmitted.

  4. Open shoe calibration works but for one missing prompt; "read black".  Other functions seem to work fine but are SLOW as compared to a 938 or a 968. Speed may be an issue of the PC configuration on which the 939 was tested

Note: For all of the above tests serial port was configured as follows:

    Baud Rate9600
    Handshakeoff
    Auto TransmitON
    SeparatorCRLF
    DelimiterCRLF
    Set Data TypeColorimetric
    Header Printoutoff
    Standard Printoutoff
    EmulationModified as in table above
