X-RiteColor Master Web Edition - Communication error with 530

Problem: Trouble connecting 530 to web edition. Does take a reading, but will not pass info to software. Server is installed in VA. Used to work when on local machine in Oklahoma

Solution: Re-set the instrument and then changed the instrument handshake from RCI to ICP setting.
