Customers using NetProfiler v 2.x in combination with SpectroEye instruments are obliged to register themselves at

http://netprofiler.services.gretagmacbeth.com/npRegistration/

All other customers for NetProfiler (especially in the INDUSTRIAL market segment, which is using v 1.8.6) have to fill in the NetProfiler registration form which comes with the product and X-Rite technical support will register these accounts!
