Print Option Grayed out in ColorShop X

Q: It seems that the "File / Print" option is grayed out (on both a Mac & a PC). Is there a reason for this? Is that feature not available until a future version? Or is there something wrong with our software?

A: ColorShop X is sold in two versions: Standard and Analyze. The Standard version is simply called ColorShop X while the Analyze version is called ColorShop X Analyze. The print function is only supported in the ColorShop X Analyze version for printing out graphs and charts.

ColorShop X Analyze is bundled inside the MonacoQCcolor Suite which includes ColorShop X Analyze, MonacoQCcolor Client, and MonacoQCcolor Server.
