Wrong Paper Size or Orientation when Printing ColorMunki Charts
The charts printed with ColorMunki on Mac OS X may print with wrong orientation (landscape instead of portrait). It worked before and it cannot be changed in ColorMunki.Sometimes the Mac OS and the printer setup utility might change or remember a wrong default paper size or orientation. This leads to the issue where the charts printed with ColorMunki on Mac OS X may print with wrong orientation (landscape instead of portrait) even though it worked before.
To fix it, please follow these steps:
- Choose the intended printer in System Preferences > Printers and Scanners
- Choose another default paper size such as A3
- Close the Printers and Scanners window
- Launch the ColorMunki Software
- Follow the Profile My Printer wizard until the step where the first chart is printed in the "Print" window. Choose "Cancel" to close the Print window without printing.
- Close the ColorMunki Software
- Go back to Printers and Scanners in System Preferences
- Select default paper size A4 or US Letter (whichever you are using)
- Relaunch the ColorMunki Software
