Error: Unknown User

This error is indicative of the User ID being incorrect, missing or mistyped. Make sure you enter the case sensitive User ID correctly. Ensure your keyboard Caps Lock is not on. If your User ID still does not work, contact your organizations NetProfiler Administrator to confirm the correct User ID.
