ColorEye XTH Display is Blank

The display contrast of the ColorEye XTH is adjustable. If the display appears to be blank it may simply require contrast adjustment. To do this:

1) Press the Escape key several times. This will bring up the main start screen, where the display can be adjusted.

2) Press the left arrow key repeatedly until you see the display darken. If it does not darken, press the Escape key again.

3) Once again, press the left arrow key repeatedly until you see the display darken. If this does not work, contact your nearest X-Rite/GretagMacbeth Service Group.
