X-RiteColor Master Can Not Backup a Particular Database

Create a new blank database in X-Admin Database Administrator with a new associated data folder.
Isolate and copy the data from the problematic database from its data folder (ensure that only 1 .dbd file and 28 QA 2000 files are copied) to the newly created database folder.
Perform a check and repair on the newly created database.
Perform a Backup on the newly created database.
If unsuccessfull, perform the 5 Step Fix that can be obtained at the link below.
