Physical Connections Prior To Reseting the VC 100B Hub With Tool Crib

Prior to fixing the error (resetting the VC 100B Hub with Tool Crib) the following connection configuration must be followed.

1) Ensure there is no Ethernet connection (disconnect any Ethernet cable from the hub).

2) Ensure that there is no PLC connection to the hub (disconnect the green PLC connectors).

3) Connect the hub to a PC with the latest hub software installed via serial com port connection.
