New Features:
- Enables to import single or multiple inks into a Target Library. A new Target Library may be created, or one or more inks may be added into an existing Target Library
- New setting for the ATSII.ini file that allows to disable the Pass/Fail icons

- Enlarged the "Top" and "Bottom" buttons when running a perfecting Job.
- Project Template is now identified on the Project Chooser dialog when starting a new Job.
