Notes:

This version requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable (vc_2005_redist_x86.EXE) to be installed on the computer to support MAPI for the e-Submit feature. Microsoft has deemed Visual C++ 2005 a security risk, so users need to proceed at their own risk.

Version v10.8.3.14 is a maintenance release that addresses the following issues:

  • iQC shows 1,000,000 for WSUM strength for items with no spectral information.
  • iMatch dispense output issue where Total Recipe output is in Volume, while the Colorants and Resin is in Grams.
  • SCS submissions when allowing Makeready samples show incorrect score.
  • Search & Retrieve and Search & Correct do not work for formulation.
  • Green check tile e-Job is not opening when performing a calibration from the correction screen.
  • Formulation shows wrong opacity value…”cr” instead of “at” for Refl/Tran Collections.
  • Issues with correction depending on Opacity control during formulation.
  • Manual edit of Textile correction shows incorrect values.
  • Colorant Rules display the wrong items in the box, but drop-list is OK.
  • New pass/fail indicators for multiple Illum/Obs do not apply until user unchecks and checks the option.

Improvements and New features:

  • Enhanced the measurement geometry mismatch implementation.
  • Reenabled MAPI for e-Submit. New warning about potential security risk.
  • Automatic recalculate all Collection items if any changes to Colorant names are made.
  • Updated UV Calibration process and the reported CIE Whitness in Std/Mult/Trial view to provide more information on Illum/Obs weighting table used in the calculation.
  • Added additional parameters to CustomRecordStruc inside the CustomControlView.
  • Added the ability to tolerance up to four Illum/Obs conditions.

Important: Any e-Job with formulation-related information saved in v10.8 will not be backward compatible with older versions.
