Error: Instrument Type does not Match Software

Situation: Customer has purchased a 'density only' version of IntelliTrax. When attempting to use the scanning device, this error occurs. Software indicates that the wrong type of instrument is connected.

Solution: Customer has not licensed the software (IntelliTrax operating in grace mode). IntelliTrax assumes all instruments are spectral until the licensing process has been completed. Once licensed, the software will limit itself to 'density only' operations and the system will function as designed.

Note, to complete this process, you will need both your software AUI and your registration code. The licensing process requires that you be logged onto the computer will full administration rights.
