Follow the steps below to verify that your system is ready to work with the RM200QC Sync software:
Verify that you have the latest version of the RM200QC Sync software installed.

Verify that you can access the following Web address with your browser. If this page fails to load, you will need to contact your IT department and request that they provide you with access.
RM200QC Sync Test Page (Note: The sync test will also open in new browser window; close this window to return to these instructions.)
A successful connection will open a page indicating that you have contacted the Sync server.
The Sync Server is a secure connection: Port 443 must be open on the corporate firewall.
If you have verified you have the current version of RM200QC Sync, and you are able to properly access both of the Web addresses above your system should work properly with RM200QC Sync.
