Printer Not Installed Error
During a power outage, a software update, or a few other instances, you can receive a "Printer Not Installed" error message when trying to print from ColorDesigner.
This is just stating that the printer is not selected in Housekeeping.
To select the printer:
Go to Housekeeping and unlock with your password
Click on Setup
Click on Printer
From the drop down menu, select your printer type/model
To test printer:
Click on System Test/Maintain System
Click on Test Printer
You should receive a test page
