Some devices such as the Samsung S4 have AMOLED screens which can display very black values. Because of this the amount of time required for readings can take longer, and in some cases may cause a time-out. If this happens, you will see an error message regarding not enough light, and the process will terminate. A workaround is to move the device to an environment with brighter ambient light.
