NetProfiler is showing unprofiled in iQC/iMatch even though they had run profile. Ci6x FAQ
A customer has run profile using NetProfiler to create it. They are working in iQC or iMatch ( with NetProfiler active) and the they need to change aperture sizes. The icon now is displaying red indicating no profile or an invalid profile
The Ci6x series can hold a profile for each aperture size on devices that have switchable apertures. You must profile both aperture sizes separately to enable NetProfiler on both sizes.
