If your iCColor is no longer able to load the CSV values from your application, the problem may be that your instrument has lost its licenses.
To verify your current licenses, go to Main Menu > Settings > Instrument Type > Software Options in the iCColor menu and see if Colorimetery and Single Measurement are enabled. If they are not, create a web case through your My X-rite account requesting a reset password for your device. Please be sure to include your device's serial number in the notes!
You will receive an email response with your reset password and instructions to input the password within 2 business days.
