Getting white screen when trying to connect to web server

Try "Remote Desktop Connection" under "Start-Programs-Accessories-Communications".

Enter the IP address of the ColorMaster Server in the "Computer" box and select "Connect". (or try "webdemo.xrite.com").

If the pc can't connect with "Remote Desktop", then something is blocking port 3389 or there is some other computer security issue. If the pc can connect using "Remote Desktop" but not through our WEB page, then there is a problem with Internet Explorer. Look at the "Security" settings tab of IE's options dialog and set security for both "Internet" and "Local Intranet" to "Low".
