Gamma and Profile Version Preferences in ColorMunki Create

With ColorMunki Create v.1.0.5, users can now select a "Tone Response Curve" (aka: "gamma") of 1.8 or 2.2 for the display profile and also choose to build either an ICC version 2 or version 4 display profiles. On Windows XP and Vista, version 2 will be the default and XP will only allow version 2 due to the limitations of that operating system. Vista users will be able to select both versions as well as all Macintosh users. The default version in Macintosh is version 4. The default Tone Response Curve for all users is 2.2.

To set up these Preferences on Macintosh:

1. Open ColorMunki Create and select "ColorMunki Create" and then "Profile my Display..." from the upper menu bar to open the "Profile My Display" window.
2. Select "calibration" and then "Preferences..." from the upper menu bar to open the "Preferences" window.
3. Select the desired preferences from the drop downs and then select "OK" to save the settings.

To set up these Preferences on Windows:

1. Open ColorMunki Create and select "Tools" and then "Profile my Display..." from the upper menu bar to open the "Profile My Display" window.
2. Select "File" and then "Preferences..." from the "Profile My Display" menu bar to open the "Preferences" window.
3. Select the desired preferences from the drop downs and then select "OK" to save the settings.
