EZcolor, MonacoProfiler, or Pulse ColorElite may encounter an InstallShield error on certain configurations of the Windows operating system. We believe the problem stems from corrupted InstallShield files that remain from a prior software install. Please follow the instructions below to correct this problem
Open the Windows Explorer and navigate to C:|Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\
Within the "RunTime" folder, your will find several other folders "09", "10", "11", "0701", etc.
Delete each of these embedded folders.
You may now attempt to rerun the your installation.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue we suggest that you RENAME (not delete) the entire "C:|Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\" folder and try again. You may rename the folder to anything you like but we would suggest something similar to"InstallShield_Old". Then, attempt to run your installer again.
