Before Beginning a Troubleshooter
Before starting on any troubleshooter, the following are necessary:

Your manager should be made aware that you are planning to work on the troubleshooter, this is to avoid more than one person working on the same project

All relevant FAQ's for the product must be written and published

You should print a copy of each FAQ, troubleshooting tips, interfacing tips, tech documents, and any other relevant documents before beginning the layout of the troubleshooter
