If a user cannot open the work order that has been successfully imported, the clock and date on the computer should be checked. If the date on the PC that imported the work order is earlier than the date the work order was created, the measurements in the work order cannot be displayed. Typically the user will be able to see the patient name and information as well as the work order number but "group" will not appear after clicking on the plus sign in front of the work order number. Simply close the ShadeVision program, correct the time and/or date, and then reopen ShadeVision. The work order will be able to display the measurements/images normally.
