Please try the following steps to determine if your i1Display is functioning properly.
If you haven't done so already, please download and install i1Diagnostics. Close any other programs and run the diagnostic utility. If you find that your i1 fails any step, please save the log and send it to our support team at email@example.com.
If your i1Display passes the diagnostics but still does not seem to be behaving properly, try calibrating a different monitor. Separating the monitor and the i1Display hardware can be very helpful in determining which component is the culprit in your calibration issue.
