ShadeVision Instrument not uploading stored images



Instrument is not properly seated in the docking station

Make sure instrument is properly seated over the contacts

USB interface cable is not attached

Check the connection under the docking station and at the computer

Contaminated connectors

Disconnect docking station from computer and wall outlet. Clean connectors on the instrument and the docking station with a cotton swab dampened with Isopropyl Alcohol. Cotton swab should not be saturated.

Instrument is not calibrated properly

Calibrate the instrument

Instrument was docked and USB connected prior to software install

Unplug USB. Go to Control Panel - System - Device Manager and remove “Unknown Device”. Reconnect USB.
