Check the computer's date setting!!!
If a ShadeVision user is successfully importing work orders but are unable to view the images, then it would be advisable to check to make sure that the computer's date and time is set properly. If a computer's date is incorrectly set to a previous date that is earlier than the date that a work order was created, that work order will not be viewable. After selecting the work order in the "Get Work Order" window, the "Data Viewer" window will display only the patient name with a plus sign in front of it that appears to be inactive:
To check the computer's time and date simply double-click the clock in the system tray. Make the necessary corrections to the time and date and then select "Apply" and then "OK".
