Printing test charts on Win7 Caused Software to Crash
Printing the first test chart is causing the ColorMunki Photo or ColorMunki Design software to crash with an unknown exception error message.This issue has been reported for an HP Color Laserjet 2600n. The computer was just updated to Windows 7. Then the driver for the HP printer was updated and then latest ColorMunki Software was installed. After this procedure, the Colormunki Software crashed when trying to print.
The issue could be solved by the following steps:
Go to systems control panel ‘Printers & Fax’
Select ‘Add New Printer’
Set up again your HP Printer
Launch ColorMunki Software, you will now be able to print successfully
