Error: Unable to Communicate with Spectrophotometer

Additional error messages that follow this error include:

Unable to Initialize the instrument driver. Click “OK”

 

Unable to connect to the instrument. Click “OK

This error sequence is indicative of an incorrect Com Port being selected in NetProfiler Set Up. Please review your NetProfiler Set Up and select the correct Com Port. After assigning the correct Com Port, re-select the instrument from the instrument type drop down list. If you are not sure about which com port is correct, we suggest performing this procedure and selecting different com port in NetProfiler Set Up.
