.Open Windows Explorer (right click on the Start button, and then click on Explore)
.Locate the directory C:\Windows\System32
.In the C:\Windows\System32 directory, locate the file CMClient.dll and right click on it
.Delete the file.
.Exit completely out of Windows Explorer
.Reconnect to X-RiteColor Master Web Edition, and attempt to do a measurement (create standard or measure trial).  This will cause the driver to download and re-install.
