Display Has Changed

You may elect to show or hide a multitude of different functions. As a result, it is possible to turn off functions, therefore we need to assure that the desired functions have been enabled.

Note also that it is possible to LOCK (Security Mode) the instrument so that users cannot accidentally make changes. If the instrument is locked it must be unlocked before you can add or delete functions from the display.

The following steps allow you to temporarily suspend the Security Mode.

1. 1. Remove the AC adaptor and turn the instrument off.

   2. Press and HOLD the read key, while doing so turn unit back on.

   3. When the main menu appears, release the read key. The configuration menu will now be available as an item in the main menu.

Note: Unless you turn Security off (within configuration), the configuration menu will again be disabled the next time the instrument is restarted.
